                • You will need a diode inline before the input into your system. Go to Jaycar or Dick Smith. I can't remember what size I bought now but they should be able to help you out with that.
Not sure of your camera system and inputs etc, but the reverse wire will become your +Positive power feed I'm guessing.

                  • Thanks Justo - good reminder - I'll go pick one up tomorrow.

There is a thread on this somewhere else and I've had a read through. I've put in an on/on switch so I can turn it on when not in reverse and that is working well. I just haven't figured out which wire to tap into for the other side of the switch to give me power only when in reverse. The other thread says there is a green wire and there's a brown wire...so I figure if someone knows, they can show me next weekend coz I wasn't sure from what I read on the other thread.

                      • The Fishnut and Chuck snorkels have been ordered ... and they have them on the shelf here in Perth .. so there shouldn't be any delays.

I've always wanted to see how accurate I can get the holes ..... using a hammer and cold chisel

                        Cheers
