    WA proposal-Cocklebiddy to Twilight Cove

    Just throwing this out there for our WA people (or anyone else for that matter !) This has been on my list to do for some time, and it is a truly spectacular looking area. Main goal would be to fish this area of course but I'd not be comfortable tackling it with just one vehicle. If anyone is interested I'd love to kick this around a bit for discussion.

    Good video, looks like it would be a good trip, not much chance of me getting that way for a few years though but will definitely put it on my to do list next time I am over that way.

      Went there with 6 cars a few years ago. Lady was catching pink snapper off the beach using dog biscuit burley. I couldn't catch a cold.

        OK thanks guys. I'm going to continue investigating this and preparing. The pictures of people pulling in 6kg pink snapper off the beach are very alluring Being a single bloke, I'm not really keen on doing it just by myself.

                I'm fairly open as to time frame. I work FIFO 8 on 6 off and just flew home last night, heading back to work Tuesday week (to give you an idea of my roster). It might just be possible to squeeze in a trip down there in any of the 6 days break I get. Google Maps says approx 14hrs Perth to Cocklebiddy, another 2 in to Twilight Cove. Depends on how keen we would be to get there, 1 day travel or break into 2 ? You would want to spend at minimum 2 nights there.

                Again, just throwing this out there for discussion.
