      • That was me. I've done bigger crossings before, just keep the car moving so it maintains an air pocket behind the grill. It was deeper going back the other way. A great weekend & good to see stock cars & others all completing the track & challenges. Well done to all involved.

          • ..... and here's a handfull of pics from Day 2. My rain gauge, at home, registered 54 mm overnight ..... and if Dwellingup got half of that it would explain the difference in the track ........... it was WET !!!

            Cheers

            • Another great WAPP weekend. Thanks to Mototrim for organising the whole thing. Also thanks to everyone who made it such a nice getaway.

              We'll add a few pics...

The lunchspot at 'Rope Swing Camp'

              Day 1 looked like this.

              Day 2 looked like this

Someone had ruined the rope swing, so a bit of clever thinking and a new use for recovery gear kept the kids happy.

Chippy in mud on Day 1

and the same hole was a bit deeper on Day 2

Pomp got the new Prado good and dirty

              and a few other pics

                          • You WA folks sure put on a great trip, love looking at the pics.

We don't have the water crossings like you guys have, heck we have only had 18 ml of rain this year and that was last weekend.

However our numbers are starting to grow here so maybe we can start to follow suit with great trips as well.

                            • Thanks everyone for coming along and making a nice weekend away tucked in our own secluded piece of bush.

Thanks to Fishnut and Chippy for bailing me out of the S#*t with the trip notes on Saturday, maybe next time i will look at the date on the trips book ops:

Hats off to pomp and Hayley for taking there brand new Prado through the terrain and a heroic mention to Kaz and Bundy which Kaz drove mebbear`s` car the hole trip well done

As Russ mentioned Icy Creek lived up to its name on Friday night but was a bit kinder to us on Saturday.
Ive added just a few pics as the others have covered the trip very well.

Some of us well 3 actually were mad enough to brave the elements

                              Most people chose this option

                              Show us you flex pic

Some more water crossings and this little black duck wasn't going in without a snorkel

Day 2 canoeing may have been more appropriate

A lasting memory of a picturesque spot.

Great photos to all that posted look forward to the next Pradopoint adventure 8)
                              Cheers Moto
