I'm pretty sure you won't do any beach driving around PB, unless you're with the local SLSC! Nothing south or in immediate northern area either. However, there are some great NP's to visit with great beaches. Have a swim in the rivermouth at Pambula, check out Bittangee Bay just south of Eden and also go to Bithry Inlet just north of Tathra. Lots of great spots on far south coast.
