Mt Mee June 9

On the way back to Brissie from Sunshine coast.. decided to avoid the Bruce Hwy Carpark and head via Mt Mee... and down the Mt Mee track... after all the rain... hmmm.. not such a good idea. Started track at 1pm... at 6pm....IN THE DARK... we were still snatching some of the cars in our group up the impossbly slippery hills and very dangerous slippery descents. Moral of the story... after rain.. and they say the tracks are impassable.. basically... its true!

Already, I was thankful for Kel's decision to not do Mt Mee on Sunday. Well, if there were ever a point better made, I don't know it

Great adventure Masso, and great piccies; better you than me though :shock: That crossing looks like it would be pretty rugged even in the dry.
