It wasn't as muddy as I thought it would be. I think the ground was so dry it just soaked it all up. Still muddy enough to be fun though!
Now don't get upset about the lack of Prado photos... I was the one with the camera, so the pics are all of my mates Surf.
It's pretty close to a Prado though... it shares the same engine (1kz-te), chassis and suspension as a 90 series.
The 100 series in the first photo had a short day... as I took this photo, BANG.. front diff or CV went.
About now my mates diff lock stopped working (ARB airlocker).. air pressure to diff but not engaging...
He's had so much trouble with it I'm considering the more expensive TJM Prolocker for my Prado.
Mr Plow... at least the dirt covered that stupid "Prado tow point" sticker.
My damage... I got hung up on a rock step...took some paint off the rear bar, squashed the water tank and mounting strap. There are a couple of deep cuts in the tank, one which will need fixing (pin hole).
