TRIP REPORT (pg.3) - WA : Harvey Dam day trip

Hail fellow WA PPérs.

This work gig has knobs on it and I need to get out bush soon or go mad.

I've chucked in a few possible dates and a possible destination - but that's all open to discussion.

I'd love to get a crew of WA PPérs out and about .... as WA seems to have gone a little quiet lately ...... yeah, I know, Colin Barnett and laxatives both have that affect :lol:


Our last trip out to Harvey Dam looked a bit like this ......


The plan is to meet up at Pinjarra Bakery at 8.30 for a 9.00 am departure.
Cruise around Harvey Dam ... where there is all sorts of terrain for all sorts of fun ....
.... and then possibly head back into Dwellingup thru some of back tracks.

There should be ample play time, social chit chat, and a picnic lunch (BYO of course :shock: )

SO .... who's interested ???

I dont have a favorite, (altho the 23rd is my birthday, nudge nudge) I am easy. enter another nudge nudge in here...

We actually had an overnighter at hoffmans with one of lindas colleagues the other weekend. made the best damper..
But we did some 4x4ing around the harvey dam. and they are starting the burnoffs down that a way so should make for some interesting scenery.

I agree, work is getting in the way to much lately.. (as I type away on my work laptop :-))

I'm liking the 23rd ... 'çause Jeff gets to bring cake :lol: :lol: :lol:
Harvey's a good place for a birthday bash :lol: :lol:

I'll try to catch up with Trev on the 16th before he flies out and have a look at his slinky 80 series toy.

I'll be in for the run,sounds like a great trip as we haven't been 4x4ing around Harvey Dam before,so we will see everyone at the bakery! :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
