going to do creb track monday the 11/10/2010 that all will depend on the rain , if it doesnt rain up until then i would say take your opportunity while its there as they are predicting a big wet season.

As anyone in cairns knows the rain has finaly stopes so the creb track seems the go for Sunday , the council are not opening it till Next year but I had a friend who did it today no probs , if anyone is keen for a interesting trip let me know , that's Sunday the 31 oct leave around 7 o'clock

just so u know.. its a 10K fine if your cought in there..

tho in saying that , they never patrol it u will only get cought if u come unstuck and need their help.. in the dry u will be fine..
