Hi all, Anyone interested in exploring the GH Mountains area.
Mt Mee is closed indefinitely due to recent extreme weather damage so even though the GH Mtns are a bit further away they should be interesting.

Trip Standard
Mostly exploring... tracks will be judged based on final attendees but mostly a recce day to find trails for future trips (so plenty of U-Turns are expected :twisted: )

Meeting at: BP (Northbound) Burpengary @ 8:45am for 9am departure. http://maps.google.com.au/maps?f=q&s...47167205630180

No real finishing time, early departure is possible throughout the day.

Bring: Prado, morning tea, lunch, camera, air compressor/recovery gear

UHF channel 16 for starters

Hi Leon

I would love to go but SWMBO has the Prado at Straddie for a "Girlies Weekend"!! How inconsiderate. On the other hand will the corporate Falcon make it we all know that company supplied cars have extar capabilities that privately owned cars don't. Looks like I'll be sitting at home wondering how great a time you are having.

Now if Richo's Falcon will make it...i wonder if my Harley will get up those tracks ! Heading off on a ride with my "other"toy Saturday.. but will mention to the boys if they are interested in a shortcut back to Brissie via GH! now THAT woudl be camera fodder for sure!

All good to go now, babysitter is organised

Just working out a meeting place and will update the first post if anyone else is interested.

At this stage it's Daytripper and myself with the possibility of a couple of non-PP'ers joing us.

That's a shame boys... was planning on a little bit of exploration in the area.
Feel free to jump in the passenger seat if you still want a day out, might not be as refined as those 120 and 150's but still comfy non-the-less

Hi Leon,

Sounds like a good idea to have a look around Glasshouse so add another Playdough to the mix.

One question though ... meeting at the BP at what time ?

The last service was cancelled due to flooding, that is booked for next friday.
