    UPDATE

The order has been placed and we are waiting for the laser cutter. Being once bitten we have taken a bit longer and made another sample to check folds and welding which was test fitted on Monday, and everything is fitting up as it should. Hoping to have the guards at the powder coaters next week for an end of week pick up.

I have sent out a number of PM's with details of confirming orders. At this stage we have 21 confirmed out of the 30 we have on order. I have sent out about 12 messages to interested parties but until I receive payment I cannot commit anyone to a guard as I was doing on the initial run, I spent too much time chasing up interested members that didn't reply. If everyone who is interested confirms their order I will immediately order another batch to be made. As we are dealing with a laser cutter, folder, welder and powder coater we have a turn around of 2 - 3 weeks depending on what work they have already booked in.

Thank you once again to those that are being patient from their orders from the second run.

If I haven't sent anyone a PM just send me a reminder PM to send you information.

    Paul

PM sent, just have to check your transfer case to confirm which guard you need. I have two TG120's with more coming with this next batch of TG150's.

    Rob,

I have sent a reply by PM, I'll call you tomorrow. Saves on the back and forth messaging.

Thanks for the update, appreciate you taking the time to ensure that these will fit without issues (kids already know too many swear words), a rare thing these days for someone to actually care what the customer thinks.

Do you have the black actuator box on the back of the transfer, if you don't then you only need the TG120. Check the photos in this thread. We have 2 TG120's in stock but the TG150's are about 2 weeks away.

Just letting everyone know that the second batch we had made, we weren't happy with the fit. We have test fitted a couple and found that one of the folds is slightly out which coupled with a higher welding temp has caused a slight misalignment. We have met with the fabricator who is making modifications to these guards. Once we have these back we will test fit again and if they are up to our standard we will supply these. In the mean time we have ordered a another batch. Either way any out standing or new orders will be supplied with a good fitting guard. To the guys that have paid and now have to wait a bit longer thank you for understanding and waiting for us to rectify this issue. We will get it sorted as soon as we can.

Glad I could get you one before your trip away, you're lucky I was able to get one of the first batch from my mate who hadn't installed his yet due to his trip overseas. I guess when I get the guards sorted I'll go around and install his for him.
