Ah yes I recall that now. Certainly from the photos in that thread it appears the Ironman plates don't quite cover the actuator. I should have put in a disclaimer that I have not seen them up close though.
I have just fitted my guard and have to say it is A1 quality fabrication, A1 quality powder coating, A1 instructions, the installation was very easy, it fits excellently and looks like it will give excellent protection.
Thanks, I would recommend this to anyone.

Ditto, exactly what I thought (tho the instructions I got were A4, haha)
Received mine and fitted - excellent design - very strong. Highly recommended!
Prado 150 D4D AUTO GXL with ARB Deluxe Winchbar, Brains' TG150 Transfer Case Actuator Guard, Bilstein/Ridepro 50mm Lift, Safari Snorkel, D697 265/65/17 LTs, Dual Battery Setup with REDARC Controller, REDARC Tow Pro, Toyota Tow Bar, Maxtrax - towing a Camprite TL8s fitted with GXL wheels and D697s.
Thought you guys might like to see some shots of the TG150 on a recent trip up to Cape York we did. There were three Prado 150's all wearing the TG150 Transfer Case and Actuator Guard. These vehicles were mine, Richoson and LiveFreeandRoam and all vehicle have done numerous trips on different track but we got to encounter many different track on our drive up the cape. We shot some video as we were traveling along the Frenchmans track and when I watched it back I took these stills off the video as you can see the TG150's.
Thought these might be of interest to some people and for those that don't have one we still have around 10 left in stock of our current batch. PM me if you are interested.
Would be interested in one if there's any left?
Tried to send a PM but got this:
