Hi Brains - finally got around to installing my TG150. All I can say is how impressed I am with it - very solid piece of gear and a great finish on it too. Thank you for your efforts in making these available to us... without this thread, I wouldn't have even known to do this and am unlikely to have figured it out until it might have been too late.
Thanks mate.
Bendman,
Thanks for your feedback, its pretty humbling to set out and make something for your own rig and have is taken up by so many members which such positive feedback. Glad we can share it with everyone.
Hey - just wondering if there are any 120 guards left? PM sent as well
120 GXL D4D Auto, with a 'List of Wants' greater than the 'List of Needs' greater than the 'List of Haves'
Nissan Patrol: Keeping Bogan's out of Toyota's since 1951
My 120 guard arrived very quickly. Looks great Thanks
I went to fit it on Saturday (no instructions in the box, but I used the ones on the forum) but there was a slight gap between the guard between the Transfer case at the bolt holes. Should I keep the OEM guard on or will the gap close if I screw the bolts in? Dont really want to risk shearing the bolts.
Cheers

You can fit the original guard if you want . It's made with a gap to allow this but if you tighten the rear bolts first and then the front it will allow for som spring pressure on the bolts to help the bolts stay tight. You will find that it doesn't take much to tighten it up.
