    EXTRA INFO:
    The radio was working last time it was used, but hasn't been used in a while. I don't have an AM antennae to fully test it again, but it still seems to be functioning fine.

          Not sure an AM radio would save you these days either,as i don't think anyone really uses this band these days except maybe radio enthusists. I got the same radio sitting out in the shed that i stopped using when sold my ute to buy Prado back in 1998 .Good luck anyway

            I have one of these installed in my Prado with a speaker under the bonnet. I use it on the PA function. Makes trips more fun when you see people wondering where the voice is coming from. Bit of a novelty! Good luck with the sale Champ

                My fiends and I run am radios because they are quiet and you can talk easily and still listen to the UHF
