Thanks Andrew, I have replied to your email. They say they delivered it on the Saturday before Christmas but as the office was shut they would have just left it in the street in front of the office.

Thats good to hear, not so good what Aust Post did. I would have thought they would leave a come and collect me note rather than the item, especially on a Saturday just before christmas.
