After the first charge I emailed them and got no reply, after the second charge I emailed again but was less polite, I got a response which was a brush off. We swapped numerous emails and I requested at least a half dozen times they call me to discuss it or supply a contact number so I could call them and they refused / ignored my request. Says a lot about a company that won't even speak to a customer. The fact that it took a month before they charged extra was also suss.

Hey there Fozzy,

At this stage, PeterPilot has 1st dibs and is trying to sort out a date and time to grab them or for me to deliver to Sydney and then Hazza is next in line looking at transport options to QLD.

If these fall through then we can certainly work something out.

As for the age of the tyres. The new one would have sat on the spare rim on the back for 2x years and the rest were rotated around the car and camper (as i had 2x sets of 5) over the last 4years.
