      5 or 6 years yes I agree with you. Mine never last that long anyway. Especially on anything I have with sparking plugs...

        Well at least were keeping this thread bumped for the sale.

        I think if they are still on after 3 years just replace them. At end of the day, a set of tyres every 3 years is a small price to pay for fresh grippy rubber.
        Eg; our Camry has done 30,000klms in the last 2 years, tyres are not even half worn, my wife drives the vehicle with my 2 children, will 4 new tyres, be safer? Yes, so I think I need to find a new set of wheels & tyres & these can go on the tandem trailer.

        So yes, I was just asking about these, knowing they are day trip tyres, Klm's old be low for the age, & they can go hard & slippery. But they might be ok a couple more years, very strong wheels those ones, I'm thinking of going back to having a set of muddies for day trips again, it would be easier if they were local.
