Kings Springs 150, VIC

Hey all,

Have some raised King Springs for 150 (and 120 i guess), two sets of rears and a set of fronts. Recently replaced with Dobinsons which suit my requirements a bit better.

$120 a pair. All have been in the car but are as good as new with a couple of minor marks. Pickup from Croydon or Seville in VIC.

Any interest in these? Open to offers if my price is considered too high. Can also arrange fitting at a local specialist if required.

Did you mange to get a price on delivery?

Can I ask why you swapped them out for the Dobsons? What kind of load do you generally carry, and how did they perform?

I am looking at Dobinson springs with bilstein shocks, how did the kings not suit your needs and how are the dobinsons? I mainly do beach driving and some bush tracks.

I have a 150GX with TJM Steel bar and sidesteps. No load in back normally and also doesnt have the 3rd row seats. The back was too heavy in the springs which made it sit high and 'buck' when unloading over big bumps. The front springs were a little soft for the weight of the bullbar although it was only marginal but they actually rode really nicely.

The reason for dobinsons was only because they offered 'in between' springs rates to the king range.

In anything other than a GX they would be fine.
