Is this just the 5 seater variant, or both 5 and 7 seater?

As far as I know GXL, Altitude, VX and Kakadu are OK. I have had a 5 seat GX not fit.

If the height from the top of the seat to the roof is approx 400mm it should fit.

Great to hear. My GXL has side air bags as do the 150s. Have you designed the 120 with this in mind?

What sort of wait time is there to order one of these? Great product as i mainly want to keep the big dog from licking the baby... I can pick it up from Brisbane.

Have you still got some available?

I still have a few available. If there is enough interest, I'll get another batch started.

In your other thread about the barriers, you mentioned that you found the ADR for cargo barriers and that yours would not meet the required standard. Just curious why does it not meet and have you thought about doing another version that does, or some formal testing to know what the current design is capable of handling?

Either way, I do really like your design and the way it only covers the gap above the seats, which is were protection is needed the most. My only hesitation is attaching something to the headrest poles where my kids heads usually are, just in-case something happens in the event of an accident.

I have a couple 150 barrier and a few 120 ones as well. Working on an FJ and a 200 series barrier too.

Hey Tin, just wanted to point out a bit of an issue I've had with your barrier.

On a recent outback trip, the screw in knobs:

                              http://postimg.org/image/5pjt8e583/

kept coming loose and falling out due to the corrugations, so put some locktite on them.

I went to remove the barrier the other day, and while I could undo one knob, the other held fast. More effort and then the knob started turning, but the metal bolt inside did not. So the plastic has given way to the bolt head inside (presumably).

Will eventually figure out how to take it apart, but in the meantime, I had to remove that entire bracket from the hand hold, to remove the barrier.

Suggest some type of locking nut to keep those knobs tight, and thus avoid the requirement for locktite.

A wave or spring washer would have done the same job and not caused the plastic to strip out. Most genuine cargo barriers use wave washers on these style bolts
