Just remember you will need the seats if you ever go to sell it. Or you will have to get it mod plated to a 5 seater.

Same as if you have drawers fitted in rear, the seatbelts must remain fitted so the argument that the drawers are a temporary fixture or again the vehicle needs to be mod plated to show its a 5 seater.
