Due to the impending arrival of our second child I'll no longer be making these in batches. They'll be made to order from now on resulting in a delay between order and dispatch of up to a week.
Also added Paypal as payment option in orginal post.

G'day Mick
Not sure whether I need one or not at this stage, maybe you can clear it up for me?
Ride height atm is 785-790 with a very shallow angle on the CV's.
What Im concerned about is full droop which is 885-890mm.
Angles look nasty at full droop.
Should I invest in a diff drop?
Cheers

That's a good question Marc, after the lift this week my CVs looks fairly level at 800 mm, I haven't looked at what it's like at full droop. Be interested in what Mick has to say.

Pretty impressive down travel Marc, most aftermarket struts stop at 860ish. The CV's don't start to bind until over 900mm droop, but all Prados vary a little so there's no exact measurement I can give you. Easy to check by letting the wheel hang at full droop and turning it. What you want is no resistance to turning from the CV at all.

At your ride height I'd say you are fine. Generally only lifts over 800mm should be looking at there CV's.
Things to look for are:
The CV boot sides rubbing/touching when the wheels are straight (excessive boot wear)
Grease sweating from around the CV boot clamps, usually the small end. (Due to excessive stretching when at full steering lock or full droop)
CV joint binding at full droop. (to close to or beyond the maximum safe working angle of the joint)

Finally checked my droop and got 860 mm so you were spot on Mick - so, sorry, don't need the diff drop kit as you said.
