It's had a couple of accessories added. Yes it's a GXL only, I know. It's had close to 30 grand of gear added to it.

best way to get your cash back is to remove it, sell it seperately and sell the car as stock as possible.

Thanks for the advice PJ, I know I'm going to lose money on it. I would rather sell it as a whole, rather than take everything off and sell that separately. All I want to do is payout the lease on it.

Some of those items don't need unbolting and would quickly be snapped up by PP'ers. If they remain bundled, then you'll virtually be giving them away with the car. If it's not bolted on, then like PJ, I'd also recommend selling it separately. Especially the MAXTRAX and Hema navigator.

As I'm in the market for a 150, and have done all the sums on a similar configuration, the price seems ok. For me, I'm after an auto, otherwise we'd be chatting by now.

I suspect you've already considered this, but may as well put it out there in the interest of sharing... As you're leaving current employer and the vehicle is leased, you might want to check if you took out a Lease Guard option, which conditionally provides for up to 12-months of repayments. Also, with some effort, you may be able to transfer your lease over to a new employer.

I might look at selling some of the gear separately when I get back to Darwin.
I can't sell the drawers separately though as I don't have the 3rd row of seats anymore.

I can't sell the drawers separately though as I don't have the 3rd row of seats anymore..

I believe you will need the seats to get a roadworthy certificate.

If you get stuck I have a set I am willing to sell.
