ITEM: 4WD Systems REAR Lokka for 120series LSD

CONDITION: Excellent

REASON FOR SELLING: Have since installed rear air locker, with future plan to add in the front as well.

PRICE AND PRICE CONDITIONS: $330 plus postage if needed

EXTRA INFO: Paid $499 around 5 months ago, was installed for around 3 months. Comes with original box, and instruction manual.

Hi Paul, yes still available at the moment.

A few reasons have swayed me to put this one up for sale.

Firstly, was going to upgrade my lease when it expires next year but have since decided I will be stick with this vehicle for a while yet. Because of this I will be planning a front locker as well (and a few other goodies) and since I can only go for an airlocker at the front, it would almost make sense to have both front and rear both ARB considering the compressor needs mounting anyway.

Regarding the lokka, it was great, but you notice it is there, i.e. cornering when you hear the ‘tick tick tick’ as it unlocks to turn the corner. Only city driving i.e. tight cornering, car parks, sharp right angled turns etc you notice/hear it. . Travelled Adelaide - Melbourne with the lokka, and for highway driving you never notice it at all. As most of my travel is in the urban jungle and I do prefer the factory feel but I am very fussy – don’t assume the ticking is loud as others have mentioned it’s really not that noticeable.
Off road it really is great. No complaints and certain climbs I did before the lokka I was only getting half way, with the lokka I was at the top with a lot less momentum/wheelspin - Less stress on the ring/pinion too which is always a bonus when you’re out in the sticks.
As for a DIY, its quite easy to fit if you are handy on the tools.

Sorry, I should have asked this in my last post, but, if it is only 5mths or so old, is there any transferable warranty? Do you have the original receipt? And do you need to 'press' anything in or out when fitting? Ta, Paul.

Paul, receipt is included, and will be provided with sale for warranty purposes (not that it will be needed)
As for installing, nothing needs to be pressed, it uses the same carrier bearings so easy for a home DIY'er. Also happy to help if you need any q's answered during the install.
