ITEM: Open Sky Roof Top Tent - 2 man, or 2 ladies, whatever floats your boat.
Location: Penrith NSW
Description: This is an Ex Demo, Open Sky 2-Man Roof Top Tent. It was used at caravan and camping shows prior to being sold. It was then never used and as such has not been slept in either. I'm arguing with the wife at the moment, so that might change as we go along.. and.. I kind of like the look of it on the truck.
I have only installed it on the truck to open it up, make sure it was all ok and take some pictures.
What you see is what you get. The tent itself is in fantastic condition, as you would expect for something that is essentially new. The travelling cover looks like it has been outside though, not cracking or sun damaged, but not like it just came out of the box either. There are a couple of wear marks on the cover (see pics), these don't go through though so it doesn't leak at all.
The base of the tent that folds has cracks in the corners as well. I think this is from it being rolled end over end when someone has moved it instead of having picked the whole thing up. They do not detract from the use of the tent at all however.
I say these negative things because I believe you need the full picture, I would hate for someone to look at it and be disappointed or not know what they are getting.
The inside of the tent is fantastic. The mattress is like new. It has heaps of pockets and elastic things that I have no idea what you could use them all for. See the photos of the inside. Every window can be opened fully and has all flyscreens as well.
It comes with all of the mounting brackets needed to mount to your roof racks, and all poles to extend all of the little window awning things - as you can see in the pictures. it also comes with the instructions to install and use.
The ladder has dirty feet and they need a bit of a clean with some water. If you ask nicely I can do this for you.

Price: $900 - PM me if you are interested. I am happy to show it to anyone. It will live on the 4wd for a couple of weeks before the wife will get the ****s and demand I take it down.
