ITEM: Steel side steps
CONDITION: Used. Solid construction and in good condition. On the underside I've touched up some stone chips (general wear and tear) with rust kill and lick of black paint prior to realising they didn't fit. You can't see any of the black paint unless you look under the car when the steps are on. Steps are a grey colour (colour coded to suit the 07 GXL they came from).
REASON FOR SELLING: Don’t fit my 04 GX
PRICE AND PRICE CONDITIONS: $450, what I paid so hoping to get my money back
EXTRA INFO: I bought these steps from a written-off 07 GXL from the hail storm we had couple months back and was hoping to fit them to my 04 GX. However, these don’t seem to fit (see link below). Not entirerly sure but could be a slight change in chassis holes and fuel tank positioning between my 04 GX (1KZ-TE) and 07 GXL (D4D engine)??? If you are thinking of purchasing these I recommend you have an 07-09 Prado (D4D or equivelant petrol model).
