ITEM: Set of 5 BFG A/T Tyres in 265/17R65LT
CONDITION: 4 of them have done approx 12000km,s and the other is new.
REASON FOR SELLING: Bought a 150 GX that uses different size tyres
PRICE AND PRICE CONDITIONS: $1200.00
EXTRA INFO: Usual wear and marks that you would expect after a 9000km trip through the Red Centre and Simmo but no torn lugs or cuts.
LOCATION: Southern Sydney

Dobbo, those tyres would fit a GX, same rolling diamiter, not sure about rim size though??

I agree with both Hutch & yourself Stan but the difficulty I have found so far is trying to find a reasonable set of alloy rims to fit.
Then the next problem is trying to offload the original tyres and rims as they are a bit of an odd size.
I don't understand Toyota's logic in having so many different sizes across their range :?
Anyway, I think i'm going to have to do a bit more research as I need to get something sorted before the GTG.

Search the forum for Speedy Avalanche rims - apparently they are about $200 each.

I've already had a look at those but I don't know that I'm all that keen on them
Maybe if I keep looking they'll grow on me :?

How much does Toyota wants for OEM GXL rims? Given that you are buying new car there, I assume there should be a good discount.

What is wrong with the Black ROH wheels u have for sale, why not put them on the 150, look pretty tough.

I'm just a bit concerned about the insurance ramifications in case of an unexpected accident and being refused a claim because I reduced the track of the vehicle by 10mm
Besides, I'mI busy trying to raise the funds for the lift kit which I've ordered today 8)
