Just came from dealer here in Japan, they cannot get anymore, not even a complete set.
Looking for the rears only, driver and passenger side as should be pictured in the attached.
Not sure where these would be available or if anyone can reccomend a full set from an aftermarket manufacturer. I guess this model does not exist in the USA and there's no real aftermarket for these in Japan either. Hoping that they are available in your area and that someone might be nice enough to look into it a bit for me.
