Found a table with temperature adjusted 100% SoC voltages.
The adjustment is about 0.01 for 5 degrees, so the 12.84V at 25 degrees = 12.83V...

Does an alternator charge a battery to 100%
From my googling, it feels like I need the mythbusters for this one but does an alternator charge a battery to 100% charge? (obviously measured correctly...

I assume you are measuring when the battery is at 25 degrees and rested for 8hrs+?

Have you checked the voltage (after 8 hrs of resting with nothing connected) to check if your alternator is charging to 100% which is 12.84V.
