Why are so many people missing these inner skirts ??? There is no way they just fall out. I've had three prados none have come away/broken etc and yes all three been off road, all mine ever copped was some scrubbing from larger tyres on the old Prado. They certainly do a lot in protecting the inner guards from being panel beated with rocks and sand blasting and yes to a certain degree water ingress. If you have a genuine Toyota sovereign bullbar and like playing in water then I would suggest a snorkel as the design of the way they cut the inner skirts to match the bullbar layout leads to water being scooped up and fed directly into the air intake and you know the rest of the results.....cheers Steve.

templates for making your own
Thanks all for the tip re purchasing from Amayama and for the part numbers to use. I have just received mine (shipped from UAE) & total price was $109.87 AUD.
In future I will make my own so have made paper templates of the ones i received so can use them in the future. I have also scanned/attached the same as a 3-page pdf file in case anyone else wants to make their own. You would need to print them out on A3 size paper. Sorry about the quality but i had to significantly reduce the file size as this forum has an incredibly small file size limit for pdf files .. what the!!!
regards .. Drew

Thanks Drew T,
Did mine today with rubber from Bunnings. Ordered the clips online and just waiting on those, but will try the cable ties as seem to be better option. Lost my first one when mechanic changed the alternator and he claimed was never on. The others just ripped at the clip.2009 GXL D4D - Auto
