Heres what i did with my drawers, I only wanted a single drawer on one side as I need to be able to use one of the rear seats. My main motivation for doing it was that once the fridge was in the back it was pretty much full since if you store things on top you cant open the fridge.
I used 15mm CD ply for the construction from the local timber yard, telescopic drawer runners from a cabinet makers supply store and i got a drop T handle off ebay.
Heres a couple of pics.Justin

And now for the finished product.
The fridge slide is an ARB medium size, I think to suit their 40lt fridge, its the perfect size for the Waeco 60lt. It is held in place with t nuts that I attached on the underside of the top before screwing and glueing it all together and 6 x M8 screws.
To attach the drewer i have used the common method of using the bracket for the seat. As well as that I took the seat mounts off the floor and have used 2 of the screw holes to bolt through the bottom of the unit.
On the side closest to the window I have hinged the flap to use as a bit of extra storage.
So far so good, we went away for a couple of weeks in April and my wife loves it (good to work up a couple of brownie points before the next project). Haven't done a lot of off road work yet but it seems to be pretty secure.

Nice work. Exactly what I would like to build for mine. Will you or have you fastened the base to the floor by means of a U bolt in third row like Trekriders or the like? For me it needs to be removed easily as it will regularly removed to make room for school runs etc... I also want to build a table on the rear door, so I will need to allow for that.2004 V6 Grande. I did think about using u bolts but the thing that concerned me is clearence between the bolt and the drawer, I wnted to make the drawer as big as possible and didn't want to loose space by having bolts sticking up. I figured it would only take an extra couple of minutes to put the seat brackets back in.
If you do end up using u bolts let us know how you go and post up some pics, I would probably consider modifying mine if it works well.Justin

I shudder to think what damage this could do in an unfortunate event such as a roll over.
