Looks great mate. Just need to find some funds to buy it all. Just out of interest di you think that there is any way that the awning can be attached directly to the Prado factory roof bars (the ones that run down the side)Regards,

That is a great setup mate, you have been nice to Santa this year! how long does it take to fit/remove the Rhino Basket/Rack and Open Sky Awning as I am eyeing off a similar setup can't have for Chrissy as going to the Australian Tennis Open. the awning is just bolted through the plastic between the top and bottom rail, it takes 5 mins to remove, the basket and rails to remove as one take as much time as it does to undo 6 bolts, thats with 2 people to lift the whole thing off, by yourself it takes about 20 min to break it downhad an 03 gx 120 with some gear now got a 2013 bt 50 GT auto some ARB gear.Comment

Samo, can you tell me what distance it is from the sidestep to the edge of the awning? Your photo makes it look a tad narrow, but photos can give a distorted view.
Have you taken a measure mate?
Also is that out as far as it will go?LES

i didnt get time to run a tape over it but the awning is 2.5 long by 2.1wide at full extention, it is the same size as the arb touring awning and price is the same hope this helpshad an 03 gx 120 with some gear now got a 2013 bt 50 GT auto some ARB gear.Comment

2.1 wide, minus 30 cm leaves about 1.8. The one I have is wider than that but does not compare in the length. Its 2.1 x 2.1 usable area, with no brace.
