Ah ha, thanks D4D for that much appreciated. I presumed it was some thing like that but wasn't sure. It wont take much for the guys at work to make some thing up. I will print up your picture so they can see what's required. Thanks heaps for that......Cheers Steve

Sorry i didn't get back to you steve, But i see D4D sorted you out. I'm missing the plastic covers that go over the nuts so you can undo them by hand i'm guessing so i will go back to them tommorow see if they can order me some. I'm very happy with the barrier though, first car i've been in where the barrier doesn't rattle!.

No probs mate. I was playing around with mine today. I've decided to make up a new draw system will be easier then to modify the ones I have. But Im going to have the base of the draws which has the draw plus the fridge slide bolted to it so Im going to bolt the base of the barrier to it. I figure if I have to pull the draws out to carry a load or pick some thing up using the prado then I figure the barrier will need to come out anyway. I do have some of the old fitting kit left over from one of my 90's and I have those grey handled nuts so I can use them on the bottom and I may modify the brackets that bolt up to the grab handles and remove the welded thread thats on there and replace with a welded nut on the back then I can use the grey handled nuts (what ever you want to call them) on the top ones as well. Will make it a lot quicker to remove the barrier if I need to...I use the tie down points anyway to hold the draw and slide in place. Always some thing to do lol....Cheers SteveFace lift 150 Prado V6 auto. No mods yet

Ah, that's right... I remember commenting on the 'draws with no barrier'

I use the Outback Interiors half barrier along with their draw system. Very easy to remove just big thumb nuts like in Steve M pic, No rattles yet and the car spends a bit of time on Pilbara gravel roads. Would recomend it to anyone. The Toyota barrier in the missis Prado is allways coming lose real pnta as need a shifter to tighten.2008 Prado GXL D4D Auto Silver, 265/70x17 Mickythompson ATZ 4 ribs, ARB delux Bar Avenger Mako 9500 winch, TJM XGS Gold suspension, Poly airs, Safari Snorkel, Dual Battery system, Voltage Booster, Lightforce XGT lights, GME TX3100 UHF,ARB CKMA12 Compressor, ENZD special quad breather kit,Outback Draw system 1/2 Cargo Barrier,Kaymar duel wheel carrier,AJ120 Sliders, Taipan XP Exhaust, Twin E Lockers, Foxwing, Pioneer Platform.
