Recovery points that fit ARB bull bar

hi im new to this and wondering if some one out there might know. can i fit a recovery hook or such when the arb deluxe bar fitted?i have asked arb they say they dont have a recovery point that will fit.thanks steve

How do people find these recovery points like that, im looking at getting a Arb winch compatable delux bar as i need it for the roos over here in WA but them recovery points look like they hang low and would catch logs n things

Hey pradogang, are you able to provide more info regarding the recovery points you have? Make/Model etc?
Other threads seem to indicate that only custom recovery points have been able to be fitted to an ARB bar on the 120, yet you have a set on yours.

Were any modifications required or did they just bolt straight on?

Cheers mate, but there isn't anything in the cape that requires much front/ rear clearance.. Did you drive down gunshot?

Things like logs n rocks might hook up on them but as you have said they are prob ok

Have you hit any roo's yet, just wondering how strong these bars are?

The points that pradogang have are the ones designated for the 150 but they fit the 120 as well. It's not a well known fact it seems.

Well sh!t. I was going to use mine as recovery points as well. Mine has 2 each side. 1 OEM "hole" each side and 1 ARB "hole" each side of the bar. The OEM and ARB are quite close together, just facing different directions.
I was going to attach a rated shakle and snatch and away I go.

My recovery points were fitted by TJM at Brendale and they just bolted straight on. The invoice does not give a brand name but as amts said in an earlier post they are for a 150 series.. You can call them on (07) 3490 6900 for more info.

Didn't do Gunshot, I did the chicken track. Haven't hit any roos yet but the bar seems quite solid.

Not rated but if you apply some common sense they can be used for recoveries.
