Got one. Love it.

I backfill mine from the outlet tap. Just got the right size hose fitting. Much easier than filling from the top filler valve.

The plastic is a very heavy duty quality. Mine has got one or 2 scrapes but no problems.

The rear petrol tank and tow bar hang down lower than the water tank, so there is more protection there too.

Do you clean it out the same way using a hose on either of the inlet or outlet taps?

I've long been thinking about one of these suckers too... ever since Len at ARB Newcastle showed me one a few months ago

I just drain it out via the outlet tap. Its on the left hand side, so just need the car to be pointing that way to drain.

Both my wife and I love this tank. For the longer trips, we still take other water containers as well.

I understand that the tank is not baffled - does the sound of water sloshing around make it thru to the cabin?

I believe there is some kind of rubber/plastic cover that fits over the tap to keep the grime off it.

The tank needs to be pressurized by an onboard compressor and the tap brought up inside the spare wheel. But thats only if the tank is strong enough. Would work better if tank was made of s/steel with a relief valve.
