I'm from Victoria so no I didnt make it to NSW for the show. Though I spent the weekend up along the murray... No real rush at the moment. The tracks are looking great at the moment and with winter coming to an end I doubt I'd need them till later next year.

These might be too new on the market for anyone to have had experience with them Steve. But, the plastic thickness looks good and they appear to have plenty of traction. Certainly a nicer price than Maxtrax, and especially given that there is no postage fee!

Seriously considering some myself now...

Yeah, they've been selling since 10 January. EBay shows 40 sold.
This company has received some bad reviews on other sites, mostly for cheap chinese machinery, mowers, gennies, water blasters etc.
Hard to see how you can go wrong with these unless the plastic is too thin or brittle.

This company's scruples seem a little questionable. I guess it doesn't mean the product is no good though.

Saw an advert today in a WA 4wd mag for 4 matrax in a case with connectors and pegs, looked pretty smart. No price though.

Of course not, but the Mk II model is now available on the Maxtrax site for about $20 more plus postage. I will try to ring Discount Car Accessories when I get time to see if they have the new ones or when they expect to get them. Will report back.
