There is supposed to be a batch dure to weeks after the first batch and then another batch dure 2 weeks after that. So the waiut on this bar should not be to long

Hi guys,

I understand that TJM are doing 12.5% off all bars and they 9500lb winches until mid septmeber thanks to 4x4 action.

That makes the type 13 bar a whole $866.25!! :shock: Needless to say, I ordered mine this afternoon. Should be here mid-september.

I was told that the bar is not a "complete bumper replacement" and that some cutting of the original bumper is required. Can anyone confirm this for me.

I was told that the new T13 outback bar required no cutting.
They may have been talking about the old T13 bar (commercial looking one), you can see it in the TJM brochure (link Below) that the bullbar sits quite low and there is a bit of the bumper between the bar and lights. The photo's in this post show that the bar sits directly below the driving lights.

The current brochure DOES NOT show the new bar - that's the old one. The current bar has round fog lights and if you go back a bit in this post TJM MAR has the first (prototype) bar in Australia fitted to his vehicle. I've also been sent a few more shots of that bar from my local TJM. The first bloke I spoke to there gave me the brochure and I told him it wasn't the right bar, then the manager walked in and said "there's a new bar for the 120" so he sent me more shots of TJMMAR's rig because he didn't have any in brochures. I'd be happy to put them up here but I think I should have permission from TJMMAR first.

The 120 T13 bar does not use the existing bumper at all. The old one (in the brochure) did and I think the 150 T13 might. I was especially careful to ask about this as all the paint has been peeling off my bumper and want it gone. I'm ordering my T13 today after waiting 1.5 years for a bar WOOOHOOOO...

Hi All,

i just want to confirm some thing on here about the new T13 bar for the 120 series. If you were to walk into any TJM store you would have to ask for this bar as it has not had a formal release done on it yet. So most TJM store's would not even know about it. The broshures will only show the old bar as the new brochures will not be out till the bars are here and released. the part no. for this bar is 070sb13l88i, so if you let you dealer know he can look it up in his price list for you. I have been lucky enough to have the only bar fitted to my vehicle, so I know more about the bar then most. For thoughs of you confused about the bar. It is a full bumper replacement bullbar so there is no use of the old bumper what so ever and the fog lights do come standard with the bar. it is winchcompatible and has 2x aerial mounts and spot light mounts. if you all go back a couple of pages in this post and see the picture i posted. This is the new TJM outback bar exactly the same as these pictures

I hope this has all helped you under stand why you TJM dealers are confusing you guys about the old bar and the new bar

Slightly off topic. What's happened to TJM Penrith? It has closed and I believe many others have also. The only two in sydney appear to be Carlton and Hornsby. What's going on? I wanted some gear but......

Can you confirm if the bar has rated recovery points? I haven't been able to confirm this although from one picture I have seen it looks like there may be recovery points on the underside of the bar but its not too clear?

Hi Benno,

The bar dose not have recovery points it use's the existing points on the vehicle. It dose have TJM' unique T slots for high lift jacks though

The Address for the new TJM Parramatta store is 47 Church St. It is in with one of the car dealer ships there (Holden i think) and only opened last weekend
