Desperately Needed Soverign Bar Instructions

Can anyone help me.
I originally fitted my Soverign Bar, and i distinctly remember that there must be a 15mm gap where the end/top of the bar meets the edge of the guard.
After Toyota replaced the Crash / Cans ( the re-call ) my Bar NOW sits very tight up against the edge of the guard.
I am affraid that the independent movement between the chassis and body will cause a problem.
On the original fitting INSTRUCTIONS there is a diagram that shows what the gap must be ( and to make sure it is correct )
OF COURSETHE DEALER IS ARGUING ABOUT IT............. SO I WANT TO GET THE INFO SHEET,, FIRST TO READ AND MAKE SURE THAT I AM RIGHT, AND THEN SHOVE IT IN HIS FACE ,, IF I AM CORRECT OF COURSE.
I only need the page that shows the picture of the (gap that is required.)
Is there someone out there that would be kind enough to PM it to me.

G'day Santika. I have the instructions if you want to PM me an email address. I am not sure if I can just PM the instructions to you.
Just reading the instructions and under the heading "Installed Gap Condition" it states in red that the clearance under the headlight (both sides) has to be 15mm + or - 2mm.
The following is also in the instructions-
Note: Bull bar alignment with (15mm) installation gap condition as
illustrated in the fitting instructions is essential to ensure there is no
possible interference (contact) between the bull bar and body panels
during vehicle operation. (Refer page 5, Diagram 10.)

thanks heaps for the info sheet.
I just came back from the Toyota dealer,,, ( they are not happy,,, Jan )
But i am
Apparently they DON"T like being told how to do their job properly.

This is after the idiots remove my Soverign bar last week and replaced my crash/cans under the recall.
When i got home and inspected the tug, i found that the IDIOTS also removed my GENUINE WHICH CRADLE and tossed it away because it is not compatiable with the NEW crash/cans... and said nothing about it, hoping that i wouldn't notice anything missing.
I hit the roof!!!!!!!! :evil: :evil:
Then they tried telling me that there was no replacement, so i said they owe me $230.00 for selling me an un-merchantable product, that i now cannot use, ( against the LAW )
Suprise suprise ,,, they then discovered that there was an amendment to the fitting proceedures if a person has a Winch cradle.. suprise suprise
I arrived there to discover that 1 of the headlight covers has already cracked ( from pick-up ) yesterday because of the pressure that is against the whole upper side of the Bar.
Morons they are :x :x :x

Glad I could be of assistance in time.
You are not alone with this issue with the gap as others have had the same problem. (There is another thread about this).
First time I have heard about a winch cradle not being replaced. I was asked did I have a winch when I booked mine in.
Are you going to ask for a new headlight protector?

The gap should be 12mm i was told , I had trouble too after the recall, the bullbar was at an angle, they forgot to install the packing plates provided in the kit.
I am now locked in a battle of the titans to get my spotlight wiring replaced after they butchered it and the plastic inner guards after the hacked them away with a knife. Check you mounting bolts also , mine were all just finger tight and one had fallen out by the time I had driven back to the dealership.
