Transmission Cross Member Bolt

Hi,

I've got a TJM bash plate that is secured under the gearbox by the transmission crossmember support bolts. One of the bolts has been cross threaded due to dirt on the threads. Anyone know what thread these are? I want to try cleaning up the threads with a tap but don't know what size to buy.

I can only think to grab a spanner and head over to buntings. pull another one, go inside and try it in their thread tester in the bolt section.

Then try and grab a tap from tools.

Just don't speak to anyone cause you definitely won't get 'the right advice'
