  • Scrub bars/ Front rails

So why are there no scrub bars available for the Prado?

I was thinking maybe due to the crumple zones or issues with making them airbag compatable.

Now that is some serious body protection! In my case, it would never get past the minister of finance, who would prefer to use cotton-wool balls to protect the Prado

Ha! I just noticed all this body protection and they are still running the AT20s! They are never going too far off the road. Surely, you don't need this level of protection unless you are planning on hitting trees or scooping up road-kill by the tonne.

WOW, I see you have a choice of finely Shredded down the bottom or either a course Shred of thick Slice at the top. Do you get a BBQ plate for the Sliced and Diced RoadKill??

I'm all for body protection and have been looking around for something like this but is it too much??

road kill or over kill, it's toooo much.
a suspension upgrade would definately be needed.
something like double the suspension
i don't think it looks any good. the prado is a good looking vehicle.
with that on it, it just looks ordinary

                      my opinion

                        I agree!

The Prado is the best looking 4WD on the market and to hide it behind Mad Max stuff :?: :?:

Might be useful where you might meet a cow or camel or something, but really...not for me.

you'd be king of the kids at a B+S ball. just need a few more spot lights, a few aerials, and some full sick wrangler, cat, and john deere mudflaps. and a stop the toad ssticker.

                          yeeeee harrrrrrr
Reminds me of my safari in Africa. Somebody forgot the corkscrew and for several days we had to live on nothing but food and water.

                            Hi Guys and Girls,
That type of protection is great for a Troopy or a Rough as Guts Trayback, you are better buying a Landcruiser Troopy or Trayback V8 diesel if you are going to fit all that protection as the fuel consumption would be better and the chassis is far better equipped to handle that additional mass on the Trayback.
                            Just my thoughts

ooops, mucked up there, had 2 posts open and some how put it in the wrong one. I don't reckon that is a bull bar that I would have on my car but each to their own. It would certainly offer a lot of protection.
