Cheers Adrian. Only a couple of mm higher than mine. Looks like you've got similar kit hanging off the front too with Winch, dual batt etc... As per your recommendation I'll elongate the holes and not replace the mounts

Hi again Craigm I just measured my front mounts, they were both between 36-37mm. 2003 V6 Grande with 195,000km, ARB deluxe bar, winch dual battery.
Below is the mounting system on my bar, it has two holes either side that needed to be drilled to lock it in place. I'm currently in the process of adjusting it so the bolts are out at the moment.
I also noticed the mount on the passenger side just behind the rear door has deteriorated and split a little so I may also be up for new mounts soon.

Custom rear drawer system, Custom 6mm alloy bash plate and Custom rear steel bar, Dual battery and ARB duel compressor. SPC upper control arms. So far....See my build http://www.pradopoint.com/showthread.php?31855-Kevdebbi-s-120-V6-Grande

Reviving this thread again.
I'm heading up the Cape in about a week and have just had the suspension done by ARB, they mentioned that the 2 body mounts in front of the rear wheels have cracks in them, which they do. The rest look good to me, is it possible to just change the dodgy looking ones or do they all need doing? Has anyone had a crack at doing this job themselves? Toyota want $133/hour to have a look.
Cheers Max
