Been running T2's front and Bendix 4x4 pads, for about 6 months. Great items, paid about $215 for the pair of discs thru a mate.

It's been a month and a bit, so whats your feedback?

Anyone else out there who's running T3 spec DBAs ????
Part Number for T3 is DBA 427OOS.

After a few weeks of having the DBA Rotors and Bendix pads, I am more than happy with the rotors.

The Bendix pads don't feel like they have as much "bite" as the standard pads when they are cold, but certainly feel good when they get some temperature into them. The big advantage is they are only about 1/3 the price of originals, but I will have to wait and see how long they will last.

The Prado has pretty good brakes as standard and I have towed caravans and car trailers with cars on them all over the country and never had any real issues. I don't think I would rush out and put the DBA's on just for the sake of doing it, but if you were in need of new rotors, like I was, you definitely should consider them then.

My original rotors are almost gone and after machining them, won't have much life.
I hate the vibration and it's getting worse

My apologies I thought they were a lot dearer than that, maybe the wife just told me they cost more.

I see you have posted these prices this month and are saying $215 to $265 a pair - I'm being quoted $270 EACH! Is this right?

I can get RDA slotted rotors for $254 a pair delivered are these any good?

Not sure which ones you mean - if it's the RDA ones then I'm looking here (I have no connection):

                  http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/120940551...84.m1438.l2649

From what I've been able to find out the RDA and DBA rotors are pretty much comparable according to the 90 series guys.

Are they the so called T3 ones? Either way they are fairly cheap for what they are

                    Thanks mate

No, the T2 / T3 rotors are DBA not RDA.

From what I have heard it makes no difference, but I can get the RDA ones more readily and cheaper. There are a couple of Rotor threads on the 90 series part of the forum and they only have good things to say about both types.

I have just ordered a complete set of front and rear RDA rotors and Bendix 4WD pads for $580 which is a lot less then Toyota wanted to charge me just for the front and they weren't even slotted rotors.
