Hi all, just wondering if the rear power outlet is sufficient wattage to run a 3 way fridge off or do I need another source of higher power output

You need to run a dedicated power source in.

Also note that a three way will flatten the battery very quickly, if installing in
a caravan for example you would wire it to the cranking battery via a ignition
