You will probably be able to find more info in the 120 series electrical threads.
But in my opinion, that is based on using a Pirahna battery tray I will say yes.
The Pirahna base tray is the same unit for V6 or Diesel engines, the V6 kit has a bracket that relocates the power steering reservoir and A/C pipe.
