Has anyone gone to the trouble of upgrading the switches on the king's "smart" wiring harness for light bars etc?
The standard rocker switches apart from being ugly, dont fit nicely (by nicely I mean they don't fit at all) in the 120 switch blanks.
I want to upgrade to Narva style switches but can't find any info about what pin on the king's switch does what. If anyone has this information I'd appreciate it
I could strip down the harness and figure it out, but If I'm going to the trouble of finding out what wire does what function on the king's gear I may as well just redo the wiring from scratch, as it will give me 3 benefits, 1) I'll know exactly what wire does what, 2) the wiring will be the correct length without being coiled up somewhere, and 3) I'll be 120% certain the wiring is of good quality.
Why didn't I do this first? Well because the lights came with the harness cheaper than just the lights by themselves. And because time was of the essence when I installed them..
