Ooops - a few known carcinogens there

After a couple of days driving around, the only thing I can say is noticeable is the acceleration is a bit smoother (not better). Sort of confirms I'll have to go the full decoke monty to get any further improvement.

Which confirms my thoughts, this cleaning method is a periodic (every 20000kms or so) thing to keep the effected areas clean.

These methods are bandaids at best and nothing short of stripping all the parts off and cleaning properly will ever be as effective as just mentioned.

So in theory we could say:

*Stop the build up in the 1st place (Probably not possible)
*Minimize the build up and periodic cleaning (catch can and cleaning solutions)
*Total clean once performance becomes an issue. (possible engine and/or parts damage)

Point 2 would be will be my method with a strip down every 100,000kms or so.

Just my random thoughts!
