If it's a 1kz, go to a bearing supplier and pick up a 6301LLU bearing. Removal's pretty easy, remove the circlip and knock it out with a hammer and punch. If you have a vice press the new bearing in with an appropriately sized socket.

Any engineering bearing supplier. It's a common bearing.
The numbers will be the same but the letters may differ, for instance the ones I have here are 6301DU2
(6301 is the type and size, DU is the seals material and type, 2 is it has a seal on both sides)
If its a 1kd, the tensioner pulley bearings that I have looked at are: 30BD5222DUM
But I haven't been able to source these locally. It's a KOYO but must be a special for Toyota. Best source that one genuine (Which will mean buying the whole unit of course)
