What is this connection?!

Hi all. After removing, cleaning then reinstalling my intake manifold, I noticed this hose connection with nothing connected. It looks clean as tho something was on it but I can't find a stray hose anywhere.
Checked a mates Hilux, also no hose.
It's forward & slightly below the oil filter.
Can someone please tell me what it's for?

I had a closer look. And i the hose i was referring to is the hose thats connected on post #6 1st picture

my car doesnt have any hose connected also

That's the coolant drain for the engine block. Doesn't have hose connected to it
