Looking for a Wiring Drawing

Hello all,

I am new to the forum.

Does anyone have a good Wiring Drawing they can share or recommend were to get one?

I have used Haynes manuals in the past for previous vehicles, but I don't have a manual yet for a recently purchased 07 Prado 120 VX with 1KZ-TE.

I am trying to troubleshoot a problem with the air conditioning and so far it looks to be an electrical controls problem.

Any help with drawings or recommendations for a good manual would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Adrian5800 or other members reading this post,

It took me a while to get to this wiring drawing and then figure it out. I don't fully understand, but here is my best take, so far, on how the signal to engage the AC compressor works. Please correct me anywhere I go astray.

When the ignition is turned on, Power is fed to Pin 1 of the Magnetic Clutch Relay (coil side) via the 10 Amp IG1 Fuse. Powers is also fed to Pin 5 of the same relay via the same IG1 Fuse (contact side).

When the AC is turned OFF at the dashboard climate control panel, Pin 2 of the coil side of the Magnetic Clutch Relay is floating (no path to ground).

When the AC is turned On, Pin 2 of the coil side of the Magnetic Clutch Relay is tied to ground energizing the relay coil and consequently sending power to engage the magnetic clutch on the AC compressor.

Since the vehicle has a KZ1-TE, the Brown/Yellow wire connects from the Magnetic Clutch Relay to the connection point indicted as A/CS MGC (the second connection point on the left side of the A/C Control Assembly).

This A/CS MGC connection point is identified as 21 B. What is the meaning of 21 B and how/where do I find it?

If I need to get to the A/C Control Assembly, how do I access it through the dash (i.e. partially remove it from dash to test)?
