I doubt the larger wheels would make that much differance especially with the deeper diff ratios (as per sig)
I can't see the after dyno sheet but looking at the before dyno run, the ambient temp is only 26 so if the after run was done recently I would expect ambient to be much higher, this alone along with other factors would account for some of the "loss".
As Double_D has said it is that improvement down low that really shines with the blower and that improvement doesn't show on the dyno sheet.
My 90 series is easier to drive off road with the blower than without due to the increase in torque down low.
Fuel economy has not suffered (unless I use all the extra ...) plus my consumption is virtually the same from 80 km/hr to 110 km/hr.

Ratios were done ages ago back when I had 32's.. when I went to 33's It felt like I was constantly towing something... a massive power reduction. Now it feels like I'm driving a zippy car, not a 2.7 ton 4x4!
Can't wait to tow the boat, I'm sure I won't even feel back there2006 GXL Prado 1GR-FE - ARB Lockers & Bar, Tigerz11 Winch, snorkle, Custom Bash Gaurd & Steps, AJ4x4 Rear Bar, Spotties, UHF, Dual batt, 33" KM2s, Custom drawers, Ext Icon Coilovers, 4" SRC Shockies, Dobinson 4" Springs, Diff drop, Light Racing UCA's, Ext SS brake lines, Driveshaft spacer, Superior trailing arms, Nitro 4.56 diff gears, DBA Slotted brakes, TRD Supercharger, Bullet Ultimate Exhaust, XEDE Dual map Processor

Fuel consumption with the blower
100% hwy driving - 16.2 ltr/100
100% hwy towing the boat (approx 1 ton + fully loaded car) - 22.8 ltr/100
100% sand driving (50/50 towing the boat full loaded/without) - 30.4 ltr/100
The above figures were achieved while giving it plenty of right foot (i.e. I was not driving economically).
All in all its roughly the same as before but with all that extra power2006 GXL Prado 1GR-FE - ARB Lockers & Bar, Tigerz11 Winch, snorkle, Custom Bash Gaurd & Steps, AJ4x4 Rear Bar, Spotties, UHF, Dual batt, 33" KM2s, Custom drawers, Ext Icon Coilovers, 4" SRC Shockies, Dobinson 4" Springs, Diff drop, Light Racing UCA's, Ext SS brake lines, Driveshaft spacer, Superior trailing arms, Nitro 4.56 diff gears, DBA Slotted brakes, TRD Supercharger, Bullet Ultimate Exhaust, XEDE Dual map Processor

Sooo, blower now fitted and bar done. Next is the suspension. Now to get used to all the new noises in the engine bay (slight rattle at idle which seems to come off the gears) and the delicious whine as you put foot The Prado runs like a steam train and even yesterday at 38C in Melbourne, it ran very strong. I'll ignore consumption on the first tank or so and report some data later. So far I'm stoked with the van !

Did you get it dyno tuned? I don't understand the inertia dyno graph as it has speed at the bottom, kW on the left (easy enough) and force on the right. I'll have to work out a gear ratio to get back to revs to figure out the torque curve. Darren (Autocraft) said it made 180 kW and 460 Nm on the wheels. A bit more than I expected.

what size are your tyres? what gear did they dyno in? Sounds a little high, but if it's correct happy days2006 GXL Prado 1GR-FE - ARB Lockers & Bar, Tigerz11 Winch, snorkle, Custom Bash Gaurd & Steps, AJ4x4 Rear Bar, Spotties, UHF, Dual batt, 33" KM2s, Custom drawers, Ext Icon Coilovers, 4" SRC Shockies, Dobinson 4" Springs, Diff drop, Light Racing UCA's, Ext SS brake lines, Driveshaft spacer, Superior trailing arms, Nitro 4.56 diff gears, DBA Slotted brakes, TRD Supercharger, Bullet Ultimate Exhaust, XEDE Dual map Processor
