Does anyone know how to access the middle seatbelt in the middle row of seats ?

The Prado has just arrived home and have been told that the seatbelt will not either retract or come out :x. It is partially out now but just locks when ever I try to pull it out, no matter how slowly I do it.

I have had a look and it seems that the whole set up is stitched in behind the upholstery.

Well once again a big thanks to google and pradopoint for the answer to my problem. I had done a search but didn't find what I was after but then today I had a light bulb moment and tried the google/pradopoint search and found a couple of the same issues.

The fix for me was to try and pull the belt out very slooooooowly, and this let the latching device release and also let the twist in the belt come out. All now runs smoothly.
