New Oxygen sensor throwing codes

I replaced my 4 wire pre-cat O2 sensors on the left and right banks as the car has 215,000 km. I used fuel miser brand from Repco. Now I'm getting codes P00052 and P00032 being problems with both at start up.
I disconnected the battery when I did it and I thought the might need to "run in" or "burn in" but after 500 km it is still throwing codes.
What have I done wrong?

Hate to state the obvious, but if the old ones were working ok and the new ones aren't!

No, I assuming you have plugged everything in ok and the sockets
aren't damaged, auto plugs have a bad habit of going brittle over time
and it is not hard to break them.

Also worth checking if the upstream unit is different to the down stream unit,
if so make sure their in the correct positions.

Assuming all is well in the plug & socket and location departments and you haven't
damaged the new units when you installed them, I would suggest the new units aren't compatible with your model and would be taking them back to the supplier.

Hi was wondering if you sorted out the problem, I am looking at changing mine on my 2004 model, and was looking at the fuelmiser brand. Thanks

Turned out they were the wrong ones. Fuel miser don't make the post 2004 for the grj120. Some sort of CPU update means the ones I got didn't talk to the CPU. Fuel misers product codes had been misprinted. Bought some others $200 each ouch. Retail was $400 but Repco looked after me. Genuine ones quoted $350 each and you need 2. Maybe late model fj cruiser ones or Hilux would be cheaper but I needed them asap. Anyway car is much happier

Ended up using Alker brand part EGO-329 @ $417 each. As I said repco gave them to me for $200 each. Still not cheap. The old man replaced his Ford Territory ones for $35 each. Just love Toyotas....!
